यो मोहयति भूतानि
स्नेहपाशानुबन्धनैः ।
संरक्षणाय सर्गस्य
तस्मै मोहात्मने नमः ॥
yo mohayati bhūtāni
snehapāśānubandhanaiḥ ।
saṃrakṣaṇāya sargasya
tasmai mohātmane namaḥ ॥
यः भूतानि मोहयति (yaḥ bhūtāni mohayati) = one who deludes beings
स्नेहपाश-अनुबन्धनैः (snehapāśa-anubandhanaiḥ) = with the bond of snares of love
सर्गस्य संरक्षणाय (sargasya saṃrakṣaṇāya) = for the protection of the world
तस्मै मोहात्मने नमः (tasmai mohātmane namaḥ) = I prostrate to that deluder
Meaning: I prostrate to the deluder Lord, who deludes all beings with the bond of snares of love for protection of the world.
